Step cooking
- We wash 300 g of mushrooms. Today we will cook from mushrooms, you can take any others at your discretion. We cut them into plates. We put the pan on the fire, heat it, pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, pour the chopped mushrooms into the pan and lightly fry, about 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Pour a glass of warm water into a deep bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, drive 2 eggs and beat the mass with a whisk. We recommend that you immediately drive the eggs one at a time into a separate bowl. If suddenly one of them turns out to be spoiled, you can throw away only it, and not the whole prepared mass.
- Sift about 800 g of flour into a separate bowl, then add it in parts to the liquid mixture and knead the dough. Add in parts so that the flour dissolves well in the liquid and lumps do not form. You may need a different amount of flour, it depends on the volume of the liquid mass. Keep this in mind when kneading dough.
- First, knead the dough with a spoon, then with your hands in a bowl. When the mass becomes dense and homogeneous, sprinkle the working surface with flour and spread the dough on it. We continue to knead the dough, constantly adding flour. Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
- Then we pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil on the working surface, and knead the dough on it until it completely absorbs the oil. The dough is soft, elastic, does not stick to hands. We send the dough into a plastic bag and leave it to rest for 15 minutes. At this time, prepare the filling.
- We rinse the bell pepper, remove the core, cut in half, cut into thin strips, and then into small cubes.
- We wash a large tomato, cut into circles.
- We also cut the sausage into circles. Sausage can be used in any variety of your choice. Or you can take meat instead. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
- From the whole dough, we pluck off the part that, after rolling, will fit on the baking dish. Dip the dough on both sides in flour so that it does not stick, and roll out a thin layer. You can immediately roll it on parchment paper to keep the baking dish.
- Then grease the dough layer with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.
- We spread sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- We send to the oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees 10 minutes. We take out the ready-made pizza, let it cool slightly, cut into portioned slices, and serve.
