Step cooking
- We peel two onions from the husk, wash and cut one into half rings, and the other into a small cube.
- We put a non-stick frying pan on the stove and pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil on it. When the pan is heated, put 260 grams of chicken minced meat on it, add onion, diced, and fry until half cooked.
- On a fine grater we rub 60 grams of hard cheese. Take a grade that melts well.
- We wash it under running water, dry it and finely chop 30 grams of fresh dill.
- Using a sieve, sift 300 grams of wheat flour into a deep bowl.
- We mix 150 grams of milk and 60 grams of clean water at room temperature.
- On a stove or in a microwave, melt 150 grams of margarine. If desired, it can be replaced with butter.
- In a small deep container we combine 2-3 grams of dry yeast, ½ part of the whole mixture of milk with water, 1-2 grams of salt and 4-5 grams of granulated sugar. Leave for 15 minutes to relax.
- After the yeast has completely dissolved, mix them with melted margarine and the second part of the milk with water. Mix well.
- We start adding the wheat flour in parts and knead the cool dough. Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for at least 20 minutes.
- When the dough has risen, we spread it on a work surface previously sprinkled with flour.
- Roll out our dough into a layer with a thickness of not more than one centimeter. We put parchment paper on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with flour and lay out a layer of dough.
- Grease the dough with 40 grams of tomato paste. In this case, you can take ketchup.
- Across the surface, evenly distribute the chopped onions.
- Next, evenly spread the minced meat.
- Lubricate our pizza with 60 grams of mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
- Sprinkle all over with grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 60 degrees Celsius and set our pizza for 40-45 minutes.
- When the pizza is ready, cut it into pieces and serve it hot.
