Step cooking
- Heat the milk slightly. Do not boil! The temperature is about 40 °, so that you can safely touch the hand. Pour milk into a deep bowl and crumble 15 grams of yeast on top. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly so that the yeast disperses and starts working.
b - Without waiting for time, we pour out an incomplete teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of sugar there and mix again. Drive 1 egg and mix the mass again.
- We begin to pour in the white sifted flour. We introduce gradually, carefully kneading the dough. When all the flour is sprinkled, we transfer the dough to the working surface and knead well.
- The dough should turn out elastic, smooth, not stick to your hands. If the goal is achieved, put the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. Put the bowl in a warm place so that the dough comes up. We will continue to work with it when it rises 2-2.5 times (due to different temperatures this can happen in 30 minutes and in an hour). Just watching.
- While the dough is coming, we begin to prepare the filling. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. We cut the champignons into slices (but you can also cut them into 4 parts) and fry them a little in a pan or boil for 10 minutes (if you chose to boil, then the reverse procedure is necessary - first heat treatment, then cut).
- Cut the bacon into thin strips.
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
- If the dough comes up, divide it into two parts - these will be two bases for pizza. This option is suitable if you have a round shape for pizza, if you have a baking sheet, then you can not divide the dough and make a huge rectangular pizza, although it is not so beautiful. We cover one part of the dough with a towel so that it does not weather, with the second we work. Roll out into a round pancake the size of a baking dish. We shift the dough into it and squeeze, stretch so that the whole mold is filled with the base for pizza.
- We grease the dough with ketchup (you can use thick tomato sauce).
- Spread the onion. Cut it evenly over the entire surface so that there are no large pieces and clusters. Spread bacon and mushrooms on top. We make sure that everything is evenly laid out. Sprinkle everything with cheese, and if desired, once again water with ketchup. Sent in the oven for 20 minutes, the dough should lightly brown, and the cheese melt.
- The first pizza is ready! We do the second. Or wrap the remaining dough into cling film and put it in the refrigerator for tomorrow. Or roll out, wrap in a film and freeze for later. Or roll out, pierce in several places with a fork, bake and freeze.
