Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Sift 350 g of flour into a deep bowl to enrich it with oxygen and make it more airy.
- Pour 8 g of dry yeast into the flour and mix so that the yeast is evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, pour 1 tbsp. l sugar and 1 tsp. salt, pour 200 ml of warm water and 40 ml of olive oil, mix.
- Then add dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients. Flour with yeast should be added in parts, and knead well each time.
- Sprinkle the working surface with flour, spread the dough and knead for 5 - 7 minutes with the hands. The dough is soft, elastic, not sticky to the hands. We cover the finished dough with a towel, put it in a warm place and let it stand for 30 - 40 minutes.
Sauce making
- We prepare pizza sauce according to the classic Italian recipe. Add 70 g of tomato paste to the bowl.
- We add 50 ml of cold water to the tomato paste so that the sauce turns out to be liquid, but the main thing is not to add too much water.
- Add 2 tbsp. l dried oregano, this spice is perfect for pizza, a pinch of salt and hot red pepper. If you do not like spicy sauce, you can not add pepper, the taste will not get worse.
Preparing the ingredients for the filling
- First, boil the chicken. In a stewpan with cold water we lower the meat, bring to a boil, add salt and cook for about 20 minutes until fully cooked, then cool.
- Cut the chicken breast into medium sized pieces.
- We use canned pineapples, cut them with a medium cube. You can use already canned pineapple slices, this will speed up and simplify the process.
- For this recipe, it is better to use mini mozzarella cheese, so as not to cut it, but immediately put balls on pizza. If you don’t have one, it doesn’t matter: just grate the cheese or tear it into pieces with your hands.
Pizza making
- Roll out the dough into a 5 mm thick layer. You can adjust the thickness of the dough to your taste: someone likes thick dough, someone thin.
- Sprinkle the pizza dish with flour and spread the dough layer, distributing it around the entire perimeter of the form.
- Thoroughly grease the dough with the sauce.
- Put the mozzarella on the sauce.
- Then we distribute pieces of chicken and pineapple.
- We put the pizza in a preheated oven up to 220 degrees to the upper level. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cut the finished pizza into pieces, decorate with basil leaves and serve. Enjoy your meal!
