Step cooking
Dough
- We warm up to 36 ° C about 200 ml of bottled water, and then pour the liquid into the bowl of the combine. We send there 10 g of sugar, 5 g of dried yeast and 20-30 g of flour.
- Knead all the components in the bowl of the device for 15 minutes or mix and let it brew until bubbles. Add the same 30 ml of olive oil, 2 pinches of salt and mix everything lightly. Pour about 450-480 g of flour in small portions, kneading the dough well each time.
- We cover the finished dough with a kitchen towel, after which we allow it to rise for an hour.
Sauce
- Peel 2 cloves of garlic from the husk, then finely chop them.
- We heat the pan, after which we pour 30 ml of olive oil into it and warm it well. Spread the crushed garlic on the hot oil and lightly fry it with intensive stirring for about 30 seconds.
- There, pour 400 ml of tomatoes in their own juice, previously crushed to a porridge-like consistency.
- Bring the mass to a boil and reduce the heat to a minimum. Add 5 g oregano to the sauce, as well as a little salt and sugar, depending on the acidity of the tomatoes. Stir the ingredients well, and then evaporate and simmer the sauce over low heat for at least 25 minutes, periodically stirring it.
Filling
- We peel one small onion from the husk, and then finely chop it.
- Wash 20 champignons thoroughly, after which we cut them into thin plates.
- Pour 30 ml of olive oil into a hot pan and warm it well. Pour the chopped onion over the butter and lightly fry it.
- Add the chopped mushrooms to the same place, after which we cook them until the moisture formed has completely evaporated. On average, it will take about 10 minutes. Ready-made mushrooms, salt and a little pepper to taste. Stir well and leave the mushrooms to cool to room temperature.
- We measure out 400 g of fresh cabbage and finely chop it with a thin straw. We put a small pan on low heat, after which we pour 30 ml of olive oil into it.
- As soon as the oil is heated, pour over it chopped cabbage. We stew the cabbage, periodically stirring and adding water if necessary, until it becomes very soft and acquires a golden hue. In total, it will take 20-25 minutes.
- Put 4 slices of bacon on a dry frying pan and heat it to the desired state.
- Cut fried bacon into thin strips.
- Count 10 seedless olives and cut them into thin rings.
- We measure 200 g of fresh tomatoes, then cut them in half and cut into thin slices.
- We cut 4 pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
- Next, cut into thin half rings or small squares of 100 g of sausage Pepperoni and Milan.
- Similarly, grind 100 g of ham.
- We rub on a coarse grater 200 g of mozzarella and gouda cheese, as well as 50 g of Dor blue cheese.
Collect pizza
- Using a rolling pin, we roll out the dough that has approached into a thin layer 3-5 mm thick. We cut out two rolled cakes of the same diameter from the rolled dough as a baking dish.
- We lay out the round billets on a baking sheet and send them to the oven heated to 200 ° C.
- Bake the cakes for 8-10 minutes, after which we give them the opportunity to cool. We cover the baking dish with baking paper, spreading it to the bottom and making the sides.
- From the remaining dough we roll out a large round layer and put it into a mold so that the edges of the dough stick out.
- We divide the whole filling into three identical parts. Do not forget about 100 g of canned corn.
- Lubricate the bottom of the workpiece with sauce, and after that we spread the first part of the entire filling.
- Then put the intermediate round cake, which was baked in the oven. On top of the cake lay out the second part of the entire filling, then again the cake and the rest of the filling.
- The top of the pie is formed from a thick layer of cheese, then we lay out a few slices of pepperoni and rings of olives. We cut off the edges of the dough and form an ornament on the prepared cake from them.
The final stage
- We send the product to the oven heated to 200 ° C.
- Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes. Allow the cooked treat to cool, then carefully remove it from the mold.
