Step cooking
- In 450 ml of kefir add 1 tsp. soda in kefir, and then engaged in the filling for pizza. You can pick it up at your discretion and taste.
- Onions are cut into strips and 300 g of champignons or other mushrooms are cut into slices.
- Put the pan on the fire and pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. After the oil is heated, chopped onion is poured, frying for several minutes. To prevent it from sticking, periodically stir with a spatula. When the onion is slightly fried, add chopped mushrooms and fry until cooked. But do not fry them too much, as they will become less juicy and fragrant. At the end of the frying, the mushrooms are slightly salted and pepper, and then they are allowed to cool slightly.
- Dice 1 bell pepper. Similarly cut into the filling 250 g of cooked sausage and ham.
- Tomatoes are prepared by slicing them first in half rings and strips, then into small cubes. Rub cheese on a coarse grater.
- When the filling is completely ready, they are engaged in the preparation of batter for pizza. 450 ml of kefir with quenched soda are poured into a deep container. Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. l sugar, stirring with a whisk or mixer.
- In the kefir mixture add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. l refined vegetable oil, stirring thoroughly until smooth. 300-350 g of flour is added to the resulting mixture, whisking actively with a whisk. If necessary, increase the amount of flour so that the dough consistency resembles thick sour cream. It is important to consider that the greater the fat content of kefir, the more flour will be required.
- Prepare a baking sheet, covering its bottom and sides with parchment. Thus, it will be easier to get ready pizza. Pour the dough onto the prepared pan. If you want the dough to be thicker, it is recommended to take a square shape for baking a smaller size, for example 35 by 25 cm.
- Pre-chopped filling is poured onto the dough one by one: ham, boiled sausage, bell pepper, fried mushrooms with onions, tomatoes.
- Prepare a special sauce, which is served with pizza. It is required to mix in a separate bowl 1 tbsp. l homemade mayonnaise with a similar amount of homemade adjika. Pour the resulting sauce into a pastry bag and pour pizza on top.
- At the end, fill the pizza with grated cheese to your taste.
- Put pizza in a preheated oven to 180 degrees to an average level.
- After half an hour, they take out the finished pizza from the oven, allow it to cool for several minutes and cut it into pieces.
