Step cooking
Knead the dough
- In a small deep cup, mix (do not beat!) With a fork two chicken eggs.
- Pour 9 tbsp into mixed eggs. l wheat flour.
- There, add 4 tbsp. l liquid sour cream.
- Next run 4 tbsp. l mayonnaise and ½ tsp salt.
- Quickly knead a loose dough, the consistency is slightly denser than on pancakes. Lightly grease a cold (!) Pan for 1-2 tsp. vegetable oil. Put the liquid dough on the bottom and gently smooth it with a spoon, spreading it all over the bottom so that the edges are slightly thicker than the middle of the “cake”. Set the pan aside for a few minutes so that the dough “runs away”.
Making the filling
You can add absolutely any product to the filling - cooked, half-smoked or smoked sausage, as well as assorted sausages, ham, mushrooms, olives, fish, seafood, slices of pickled or pickled cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, and be sure to fill with a large amount of grated cheese. Only at first decide what kind of pizza will be - mushroom, meat or fish.
- Put in the middle of the raw "tortillas" 2 tbsp. l tomato ketchup, or diluted 1: 1 with tomato paste water, and spread with a pastry brush over its entire surface. Cut 50-70 g of smoked sausage at random, and evenly distribute over the tomato layer.
- Thinly chop one small onion, and put on the sausage.
- Grate on a coarse grater 80-100 g of hard cheese, and cover with the top layer.
Bake pizza
Cover the pan with raw pizza. Set the burner to minimum operating mode. Put the frying pan on the stove and bake for 12-15 minutes, without lifting the lid. The beautifully browned edges of pizza will tell you about the readiness. Put the finished pizza on a large dish, cut into 6-8 servings and serve.
