Step cooking
- Get in advance a ready-made, bought at the store, puff yeast-free dough (250 grams). Cut the ham (100 grams) and boiled sausage (100 grams) into small cubes.
- Hard cheese (150 grams), which melts well, grate on a coarse grater.
- Thawed puff yeast-free dough gently, without breaking the structure, roll it using a rolling pin to fit the size of the baking dish.
- Transfer the rolled dough into a prepared mold, the bottom and edges of which are smeared with vegetable oil. If you do not have a mold, transfer to a greased baking sheet.
- Put mayonnaise (a tablespoon), ketchup (a tablespoon) in a small bowl and add seasonings to them: Italian herbs (a teaspoon) and dry garlic (a teaspoon). Mix well.
Did you know? If you like a rich spicy taste, then put more seasoning than indicated in the recipe, and if you prefer a less spicy taste, do not abuse spices. 7. Put the resulting mixture on the dough and spread evenly over the entire surface. During the baking process, the sauce will soak the dough and make it soft and juicy. - Put a quarter of the whole grated cheese on the sauce. On the cheese, evenly spread the diced ham and boiled sausage.
- Cut the pickled champignons (100 grams) into slices and lay out with the next layer, evenly distributing them over the entire surface.
- Top the pizza on puff pastry with the remaining amount of cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the baked pizza pie on puff pastry. For baking, it will take 20-25 minutes, but you are guided by your oven. When the cheese melts and a golden crust appears on it - this means that the pizza is ready.
Decoration methods and serving options
Pizza on puff pastry, regardless of the composition of the filling, tasty and juicy, while hot. Therefore, as soon as you take out the pizza from the oven, cut it into pieces with a regular knife or a special roller knife. It is usually customary to cut square or rectangular pizza into rectangles, rhombuses or squares, and round - into sectors, the number of which depends on the size of the pizza.
You can also decorate pizza with chopped fresh herbs or whole leafs of parsley, cilantro or basil.
When cooling, puff pastry loses taste, so cook pizza at once to eat immediately.
