Step cooking
How to make dough for the basics
- Beat the eggs into a deep bowl (2 pieces).
- Add sour cream (4 tablespoons) to the bowl. According to the recipe, a product with a fat content of 15% is used, if desired, you can take more fat sour cream.
- Put mayonnaise (4 tablespoons) into the mixture. Take any grade of mayonnaise that you like.
- Pour wheat flour (9 tablespoons) into a bowl.
- Mix well with a spoon, fork or mixer (easier and faster). The dough should be smooth and uniform. In addition, it does not need to be salted, since the mayonnaise is salty.
Preparing the pizza toppings
- On a coarse grater, grate Dutch cheese (80 grams), peel and cut the sausage in circles (2 pieces). Cut thinly washed tomato (1 piece) into thin circles and pickled cucumber (1 piece) into thin circles.
- Finely chop the washed greens of dill and (or) parsley (2-3 branches).
- For convenience, arrange prepared ingredients in separate plates.
Pizza making
- Heat a pan with a diameter of 28-30 cm well. Pour in vegetable oil (30-40 ml), distribute the oil over the entire surface of the pan and a little on the sides (brush with a cooking brush). Take refined, odorless oil. Keep the pan on low heat.
- Pour the resulting dough into the center of a preheated pan.
- Using a spoon, spread the dough throughout the pan. To prevent the dough from sticking to the spoon, grease the spoon with vegetable oil. Place tomato ketchup (2 tablespoons) in several places on the surface of the dough. Spoon evenly distribute ketchup throughout the dough.
- Spread the sliced sausage over the entire workpiece.
- Make the next layer from slices of tomato and cucumber.
- The final will be a layer of coarsely grated Dutch cheese. Carefully smooth the cheese layer.
- Cover the pan, bake pizza for 5-8 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, sprinkle pizza with finely chopped herbs. Cover and bake until cooked.
