Ingredients
- wheat flour - 9 tbsp. l
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.
- kefir - 8 tbsp. l
- sausage - 100 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 50 g
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Prepare all pizza ingredients. Cut 100 g of sausage into slices and then into strips. For pizza, you can use any smoked or boiled sausage, boiled or baked meat, sausages, ham, etc.
- On a coarse grater, grate 50 g of hard cheese to your liking.
- Rinse under running water 1 medium-sized tomato, and then cut it into circles.
- Prepare the dough for the base of the pizza. In a deep bowl, beat 2 chicken eggs and add about 1/3 tsp. salt. Beat the eggs with a mixer to a light foam. You can also use a whisk.
- In a bowl with beaten eggs, add 8 tbsp. l kefir or sour cream. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
- Sieve in a bowl with egg mass, sift 9 tbsp. l wheat flour. Mix everything with a mixer until smooth without lumps.
- Pour about 1 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and put it on a small fire. Then pour the cooked dough into the pan and evenly distribute it with a spatula.
- Spread the sliced sausage evenly on the surface of the dough. Place tomato slices on top of the sausage. Then sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Cover the pan and set the fire a little more than the minimum. Cook pizza for about 10 minutes, the dough should bake well.
- Carefully remove the prepared pizza from the pan with a spatula, place it on the board and divide into portions, after which you can serve aromatic pizza to the table hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
