Step cooking
Filling
- Cut pickled mushrooms in an amount of 10 pieces into thin plates or small cubes.
- We cut any sausage with a volume of about 50 g into small oblong cubes. Some chefs rub a sausage on a coarse grater.
- We measure out 50 g of cheese and grind it with a coarse grater.
Dough
- In a deep container, break two chicken eggs.
- There we add one pinch of salt, 50 g of sour cream of any fat content and 50 g of wheat flour. It is advisable to pre-pass the flour through a fine sieve so that it is saturated with oxygen, and the future product has a soft, airy texture.
- Beat the prepared ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous liquid consistency is obtained.
- We peel two potatoes from the peel, then wash them thoroughly and rub on a coarse grater.
- We shred the chopped potatoes into the dough and stir everything thoroughly.
- We put the pan on the fire, and then pour 10 ml of vegetable oil into it. We thoroughly lubricate the entire surface of the pan with oil, and then wait for it to warm up.
- Pour the cooked dough onto the hot oil and evenly distribute it over the pan. Reduce the heat to below average, then cover the pan with a lid and bake the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- After this time, reduce the fire to a minimum and turn the workpiece over to the other side.
The final stage
- Without wasting time, liberally grease the fried side of the cake with tomato sauce. On average, you will need about 40 g.
- On top of the sauce, evenly spread the chopped pickled mushrooms.
- Then we form the sausage layer and put the grated cheese last.
- We cover the pizza with a lid and bring it to readiness over low heat for 5-7 minutes. After the specified time has passed, turn off the stove and leave the product under the lid for another 5 minutes.
- We shift the treats onto a flat large plate, divide it into portioned portions and serve it to guests.
