Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Sift 1 cup flour into a bowl. There we add 1/3 tsp. soda.
- Pour 1/3 tsp of flour. salt. Add 1/3 tsp. Sahara. Mix everything dry.
- Pour ½ cup of kefir into the mixed mass. Mix everything until smooth. The dough should not be liquid, it should be slightly softer than dumplings or dumplings.
- Add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- When it becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, continue to knead with a hand. Then knead the dough well on the table. It does not have to be very tight.
- You can divide the finished dough into two parts if you wish. You get two thin pizzas or one thicker. Leave the dough to rest. You can cover with cling film so as not to wind off.
Cooking toppings
- Cut 100 g of ham into cubes, plates or any arbitrary shape.
- In the same way we cut 100 g of sausage.
- Cut into slices 1 large tomato or 2 to 3 pieces of cherry tomato.
- On a coarse grater, rub 100 g of cheese.
Pizza base
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Transfer the dough to a cold pan to form the base. If the pan is hot, you cannot make sides. The pan must be completely dry, no need to lubricate it. The thickness of the pizza will depend on the diameter of the pan. The larger the diameter, the thinner the pizza.
- We put the skillet over medium heat and wait until the dough is browned on one side. While the bottom layer is fried, the dough rises slightly from above. The most important thing is not to overcook or overdry.
- Turn the cake over, remove from heat.
Pizza making
- Lubricate the entire surface of the fried side 2 - 3 tbsp. l tomato sauce, pasta or ketchup.
- We distribute the filling. Lay out pieces of ham and sausage.
- Put the sliced tomatoes on the sausage.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- We cover the pan and cook over low heat until the cheese melts. It is advisable to take the pan with a thick bottom and walls so that the dough does not burn, but brown.
- As soon as the cheese is melted, the dough is podgold below, our pizza is ready. It takes about 3-5 minutes to do this.
- Next, we transfer the pizza to the plate, and you can serve it to the table. We cut pizza with special scissors or a knife.
