Step cooking
Prepare the ingredients
- Sprinkle the surface of the table with a small amount of flour. We spread on top of flour one layer of purchased pastry.
- We roll the workpiece using a rolling pin to the size of a pan, in which we will prepare pizza.
- Cheese in an amount of 50-60 g is cut into thin layers or chopped on a coarse grater. It is advisable to use Mozzarella cheese, because it will give the finished product a particularly soft crust, even if the pizza is cold.
Collect pizza
- Grease a frying pan with olive oil and send it to the fire.
- We spread the rolled dough layer on the hot oil and reduce the heat to a minimum.
- Lubricate the raw workpiece 20 g of tomato paste, evenly distributing it throughout the dough.
- Tear the leaves of basil in an amount of 5-6 pieces by hand and spread on top of tomato paste.
- Next, add one pinch of dried oregano, and then salt and pepper in accordance with your own taste preferences.
- On top of spices, spread 40-50 g of sausage, which we cut into very thin circles. Instead of sausage or with it, you can use boiled or smoked chicken meat.
- Last spread chopped mozzarella cheese.
The final stage
- Without covering the pizza with a lid, fry it over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 ° C.
- After five minutes, we send the product into the preheated oven. Bake a treat for 7-10 minutes. We take the finished treat from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
- Cut the pizza into portioned pieces and proceed to the tasting.
