Step cooking
Prepare the filling
- We cut the sausage in an amount of 400 g into thin circles, and then divide it into four equal parts.

Make dough
- Pour 500 ml of fat yogurt in a deep large bowl.
- Break one chicken egg there, fill in 60 ml of refined oil, and add 20 g of sugar and 10 g of salt.
- Beat the prepared ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous liquid consistency is obtained. Separately, sift through a fine sieve 500 g of wheat flour, and then mix it with 5 g of baking soda. In small portions, add the flour composition and knead a homogeneous, slightly liquid dough.
- Separately, sift another 300 g of flour, after which we spread the prepared dough into it and continue to knead manually.
- We divide the homogeneous dough into four equal parts, and then we roll each of them into a round layer using a rolling pin. Adjust the thickness and size of the pizza blank on your own, depending on your preference.
Collect pizza
- We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, and then put the first pizza blank on it.
- Lubricate the cake 30 g of tomato ketchup, paying special attention to the edges of the workpiece.
- On top of the ketchup, lay out the sausage circles.
- Last form a thin layer of grated Mozzarella cheese.
The final stage
- We send the workpiece to an oven preheated to a temperature of 200-220 ° C.
- We bake the product for about 15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and acquires a slightly golden hue.
