Garlic | 1 tooth |
Ground black pepper | 3 g |
Basil | 2 branches |
Mozzarella cheese | 2 large balls |
Oregano | 2 - 3 g |
Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Pour 100 ml of warm, but not hot water into a bowl. Sprinkle there 1 tsp. sugar, mix.
- Crush 15 g of live yeast into water. If there are no living, you can replace 1 tsp. dry yeast. Sift 2-3 tbsp. l flour, mix.
- Cover with a towel, leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Sift 200 g of flour into a bowl. Add 1/3 tsp. salt.
- Pour 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Ideally olive. Knead the dough. It turns out to be very soft, while not sticking to your hands. If it still sticks to you, add a little flour, but do not overdo it, otherwise the dough will turn out to be tight. Cover the bowl with a towel and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Sauce making
- We put the kettle with water on the fire, bring to a boil (you need so much water that when you put the tomato in the bowl, the water completely covers it). Take 1 large ripe tomato, cut from above with a cross.
- Put in a glass bowl and pour boiling water. Leave for a few minutes, turn upside down. Drain boiling water, get a tomato.
- Peel the tomato from the peel and cut out a thick stem.
- Beat the tomato with a blender or three on a coarse grater.
- Heat the pan. Pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, let it warm up.
- Pour the tomato puree. Keep on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add basil leaves (one sprig) to the pan, you can replace it with dry ones. Squeeze through a garlic in a pan 1 clove of garlic. Sprinkle with black pepper, mix everything. Add 2/3 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. Sahara. Sugar removes the overly sour taste of a tomato. Stir the tomato puree over medium heat for another 1 minute and turn it off.
Cooking toppings
- 1 large, preferably fleshy tomato, cut into thin circles.
- 2 large mozzarella balls are also cut into circles.
Pizza making
- Sprinkle the table with flour, spread the dough. Sprinkle with flour on top and roll out a rolling pin in a circle.
- We shift the dough onto the form. Level the edges, form the sides.
- Cover with a towel, let the dough stand for 10 minutes. Pour the sauce onto the dough, distribute it evenly.
- We spread tomatoes and cheese.
- Sprinkle everything on top with oregano and ground pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees 15 - 20 minutes.
We decorate the finished pizza with fresh basil leaves, serve hot.
