Step cooking
- We heat 175 ml of water to a temperature of 36-40 degrees, pour a teaspoon of dry yeast into it, add a teaspoon of honey. We use honey instead of sugar in this recipe. You can not adhere to these conditions, take sugar, it does not matter.
- Add a teaspoon of salt to this and mix the mixture to dissolve all the ingredients.
- Sift 250 g of flour into a deep bowl. Pour the resulting solution to it and knead the dough. First, mix with a spoon, then knead with your hands.
- The dough is soft, sticky. Leave the dough in a bowl and add 2 tbsp to it. l vegetable oil. Knead it with your hands until all the oil is absorbed. Then we cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and leave it on the table for 40 minutes.
- After this time, remove the cling film from the bowl, sprinkle the dough with a pinch of flour and lightly crush it with your fingers. Then we spread the dough on a working surface, divide it into two parts and roll a cake with a rolling pin from each.
- The first layer obtained is laid out on parchment paper.
- Lubricate its surface with tomato juice or ketchup. It will take about 3 tbsp. l juice, but it all depends on the size of your formation. The edges of the dough somewhere about three centimeters left untouched, do not cover them with tomato juice.
- We take 300 g of sausage or smoked meat. For the sausage filling, you can use any of your choice. Cut it into small cubes. On half a cake, greased with tomato juice, spread half the sliced sausage.
- Dice 300 g of hard cheese into small cubes. Its variety can be any to your taste. The main thing is that it melts well. We spread half the sliced cheese on the sausage.
- Sprinkle the entire surface of the dough layer with 3 pinches of Provence herbs.
- On the side of the cake, free from the filling, make 3-4 cuts with a knife.
- Then we fold the cake in half, covering the filling with the free part of the layer and fasten the edges well. We carry out the same procedure with the second half of the test.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and heat the baking sheet in it. We send pizza along with parchment paper to a baking sheet, send it to the oven. Bake at a temperature of 250 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- We transfer the hot pizza to the cutting board, cut the portioned slices while still hot, and serve. This is an excellent dish on its own, which will not only become a home lunch or dinner, but also a great snack at work.
