Step cooking
We take 4 frozen sheets of puff pastry out of the refrigerator, then free them from packaging and defrost them, laying them apart from each other.
Cooking toppings
- We clear 200 g of sausage from the film, and then cut it into the thinnest circles.
- One tomato and three bell peppers are thoroughly washed with running water, then cut out the core and remove the seeds. Cut the tomato into four parts and cut into thin quarters.
- We divide the peeled bell pepper in half and chop finely with a knife.
- We clear one onion of husk, and then finely chop it.
- Separately, rub on a coarse grater 150-180 g of cheese. It is best to use Mozzarella cheese, since such a product retains the softness of the crust, even if the pizza is cold.
Collect pizza
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
- We take one of the layers of puff pastry, spread it on paper, and then slightly stretch it with our hands. We put the second layer next to the first and fasten the adjoining edge. We do the same with the remaining layered layers, combining them into one large cake.
- Abundantly lubricate the preparation of 100-130 g of tomato ketchup, we pay special attention to the edges of the dough.
- Sprinkle ketchup with a mixture of Italian herbs. Adjust the number of spices yourself, focusing on your taste preferences. Spread the chopped onion with the next layer.
- On top of the onion, evenly distribute the sausage circles. Next, we form a layer of tomatoes and bell pepper. Spread grated Mozzarella cheese with the last layer.
The final stage
We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 ° C. We send the formed pizza to the red-hot oven. We bake the product for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and a slightly golden crust appears. We take out hot pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly.
We cut the treat into portioned slices and serve the warm treat to the table.
