Kitchen appliances and utensils: frying pan, cutting board, knife, fork, bowl.
Ingredients
Product | amount |
Lavash (thin) | 1 PC. |
Ham or minced sausage | 300 g |
Soft cream cheese | 150-200 g |
Tomato (large) | 1 PC. |
Dill greens | 1 bunch |
Egg | 1 PC. |
Sunflower oil | for frying |
Step cooking
- Wash a bunch of dill and one tomato and dry well. Cut the ham (500 g) and tomato into small cubes.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Pita bread is opened and divided into 4 parts.
- Take the first quarter of the resulting pita bread. Then we separate the fourth part of the processed soft cheese (only 150-200 g) and cover it well with lavash cheese using a knife.
- Sprinkle with the third part of the dill.
- Next, take the third part of the ham and tomato and sprinkle them with greased pita bread, evenly distributing.
- Cover with the next quarter of pita bread and repeat points 4-6.
- Lubricate the last quarter of pita bread with cheese from the inside and cover with it the parts of pita bread already plastered with filling.
- Cut into small portions so that each piece was convenient to take and not sprinkle the filling.
- Break one egg into a bowl and beat it slightly with a fork.
- Pour a little sunflower oil into the pan and put on the stove. Dip each portion of pizza from pita bread in an egg and spread on a heated frying pan.
- We fry on both sides, turning it very carefully with a fork so that the filling does not fall out.
- It turns out a very light and quick pizza-like breakfast.
Decoration methods and presentation options
Although our version of pizza has already been cut into portioned portions, it is served with cutlery (fork and knife). However, in principle, you can eat with your hands. Therefore, napkins (paper or fabric) must be present on the table.
Sauces: sour cream, mayonnaise and soy are a good addition to pizza. Tomato sauce is usually not served with pizza, because the tomatoes in it are used in cooking. However, spicy lovers can please themselves with Tabasco sauce with chili peppers.
Serving such a pizza is best with hot tea with milk or latte coffee. However, it goes well with red wine. Spicy and tart notes of wine perfectly complement its taste. Such pizza will also go well with light vegetable salads seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil and, if desired, sprinkled with toasted nuts.
