Step cooking
Prepare the filling
- Pour water into a small pan, then heat it and add a little salt. In a boiling liquid, dip 200 g of champignons, and then cook them until tender. Discard the prepared mushrooms in a colander and let the mushrooms cool to room temperature. Cut the cooled mushrooms into thin plates or medium-sized cubes.
- We cut sausage in the amount of 150 g into thin circles or chop it into small strips. For pizza from pita bread, salami or any other raw smoked sausage is perfect.
- Grind 400 g of cheese on a coarse grater. It is best to use Mozzarella cheese, since this variety allows you to create a soft, fragrant crust that does not harden and remains tender even after the pizza becomes cold.
Collect pizza
- We cover the large baking sheet with baking paper.
- On top of the paper lay out one of the sheets of pita bread.
- On pita bread we evenly spread half of the total mass of grated cheese.
- On top of the cheese we spread the second pita bread and gently press it to the baking sheet.
- Lubricate the surface of the second pita bread with tomato sauce. On average, it will take 100-130 g.
- We form a layer of sausage circles, laying it out in a chaotic manner throughout the pita bread.
- Next, evenly distribute the boiled mushrooms.
- Sprinkle the laid out filling abundantly with the remaining grated cheese.
The final stage
- We send pizza to the oven preheated to a temperature of 180-190 ° С. Bake the product for no more than 10 minutes. As soon as the cheese is completely melted, immediately remove the treat from the oven.
- We allow the pizza to cool slightly, after which we cut it into portioned slices and serve it to guests for tasting.
