Step cooking
Preparatory stage
- Half of the loaf is cut into small cubes.
- We cut the sausage (250 g) thinly into half rings.
- Cherry tomatoes (5-7 pcs.) And a small bunch of onion. Then cut the tomatoes into circles, and finely chop the onion.
- Eggs (6 pcs.) Drive into a deep bowl with a spout and add a little.
- Beat the eggs with a fork, as for an omelet.
- Cheese (100 g) is rubbed on a coarse grater.
Cooking pizza itself
- Pour a little sunflower oil into the pan and put it on a small fire.
- After the pan is heated, we send the loaf cut into cubes into it and fill it with beaten eggs. Distribute the eggs evenly so that all pieces of bread can be soaked evenly. This is just very convenient to do through the nose of the bowl.
- After that, immediately lay the sausage on top of the bread, lay the “Cherry” on top.
- Next, pointwise distribute over the entire surface 2-3 tbsp. l ketchup "Chile".
- Directly from the pack we draw a lattice of mayonnaise (1-2 tbsp. L.).
- Cover the pan with a lid for 1-2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the grated cheese with chopped onion.
- After a few minutes, open the lid of the pan and sprinkle the pizza with cheese mixed with onions.
- Close the lid again and wait for the cheese to melt.
- Put the finished pizza on a plate.
Decoration methods and presentation options
- Pizza is best served hot so that the hot, melted cheese stretches from the piece to the teeth. If the pizza has already cooled down, then it can be heated in the microwave, although it is not very recommended. The main thing here is not to overdo it so that pizza does not turn into crackers.
- You need to cut the pizza into an even number of slices. At least 4, and preferably 8. For cutting, you need to use a well-sharpened knife or a knife with a wheel so that when slicing the cheese does not reach for the knife and the cuts are even.
- Serving pizza is best on a porcelain or paper plate, but serving it on a napkin is also allowed. Cheese sticks, fried mushrooms and even smoked chicken wings can also be served with pizza.
- Pizza is best served with juices, sodas and iced tea.
