Step cooking
- For the filling, we will use chicken meat. You can take any other or sausages, this is at your discretion. Boil the meat in salted water for 30 minutes. While it is boiling, prepare the dough. Rub with a spoon 25 g of fresh yeast with sugar. We heat 150 g of milk to 40 degrees and pour them into yeast. Stir the mixture with a spoon until the yeast and sugar are completely dissolved. Leave the dough to fit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat one egg, add 3 tbsp to it. l vegetable oil, 1.5 tsp salt, mix well.
- Melt 40 g of butter and send to the egg mixture, mix everything well. Now we combine the egg mixture with the dough, mix until smooth. Sift 400 g of flour into a separate bowl, add it to the liquid mass in small portions, mix with a whisk, knead the dough.
- Then put the mass on the work surface and knead with your hands. We don’t hammer hard with flour to get a soft dough as a result. Cover the dough with a food bag and leave for an hour to approach.
- While the dough is coming up, let's get in the filling. Rub on a coarse grater 200 g of hard cheese. We cut one small tomato in half rings.
- After cooking, let the chicken meat cool, separate the pulp from the bone and cut into small pieces or divide into fibers. Now you can turn on the oven 200 degrees to heat up.
- After an hour, we return to the test. We remove the food bag, knead the dough a little. Then we divide it into 2-3 equal parts - these will be blanks for pizza. We roll one part of the dough with a rolling pin into a thin circle, about 0.5 cm thick. To make the pizza beautiful, it is advisable to use a round shape for baking it. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil or sprinkle with flour, spread the resulting layer, dissolve it according to the diameter of the mold, make small sides. Lubricate the workpiece with tomato sauce, we need 1.5 tablespoons. You may need the same or a larger amount, it all depends on the diameter of the dough layer.
- Then sprinkle with a tablespoon of spices. We used oregano and basil pizza spices. We spread half or a third of the meat, then a tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sent to the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. We repeat such manipulations with the rest of the dough and filling. Pizza is ready to eat after baking.
- You can add additional ingredients to it to make it even more delicious. For this we need sauce and lettuce. Mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of cheese sauce. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. We spread lettuce leaves, torn in small pieces, on the prepared pizza and pour the sauce. To make the sauce beautifully laid on pizza, you can send it to a pastry bag and squeeze it. Now we cut the pizza in portions and serve.
