Step cooking
- Pour into a pan 5 tbsp. l sunflower oil and set it to warm up on medium heat. We spread 200 g of sausage on a cutting board, cut it into large cubes and send it to fry in a heated frying pan with oil.
- We take 1 large tomato, wash it under cold water, cut into halves, carefully cut the stem, cut into large cubes and place in the bowl.
- We mix the sausage in the pan with a spatula so that it is evenly browned. We break 6 chicken eggs into a deep container and shake them well with a fork, then add 0.5 tsp. salt and 2 pinches of pepper, and again stir with a fork.
- We take 200 g of a white loaf, cut it into slices, and then into large cubes, and send it to the pan to the toasted sausage. Mix everything gently with a spatula and leave to brown over medium heat for about 2 minutes, not forgetting to stir occasionally.
- After 2 minutes, add the cubes of tomato into the pan and immediately pour all the eggs into the pan. Shake the pan lightly so that the egg mass spreads evenly, and leave to fry over low heat for 1 minute. This time, do not mix anything.
- After a minute, cover the frying pan with a lid and leave our pizza to cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- While our dish comes under a lid, take 120 g of hard cheese and rub it on a coarse grater.
- When 3 minutes have passed, we lift the lid and see if there is liquid on the surface of the pizza. If the surface is very wet, with a spatula we make several pits in our pizza to the very bottom, so that the liquid of the glass is down, then cover it again and leave it on low heat for 3 minutes.
- We wash 3-4 branches of dill under running water, then finely chop the greens. After 3 minutes, remove the lid from the pan again and sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese, trying to evenly distribute it over the entire surface, cover with a lid and leave it for 1.5-2 minutes on low heat. Turn off the fire, remove our pizza from the pan with a spatula and place it on the dinner plate. Sprinkle pizza with chopped herbs, cut into portioned slices, put on a plate and serve.
Important! Before chopping a tomato, it is worth removing the skin from it. To do this, put it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then take it out with a spoon and easily remove the skin with your hands.
