Step cooking
We start the dough
- In a convenient bowl, whisk (but do not beat!) Two chicken eggs with a whisk.
- Pour 150 ml of milk into the egg mass, add 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Stir the egg and milk mass with the addition of ¼ tsp. salt. Pour ½ tsp into the bowl. soda. Redeem (pour directly into the liquid mass) 1 tbsp. l any vinegar, preferably 6%, but not higher than 9% concentration. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly again and pour 400 g of wheat flour in small portions, carefully kneading after each addition of a new portion with a wooden spatula.
- When the dough is sufficiently tight, it should be manually dosed on a cutting surface.
- Wrap the finished dough with cellophane and leave it on the table to “rest” for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the filling
Depending on the type of baked pizza - mushroom, meat or fish - its components are prepared. This can be ham, any sausage (smoked, boiled) or minced meat (pre-fried), mushrooms or seafood. If desired, add bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, pickled or pickled cucumbers to the filling.
- Randomly chop all the ingredients for the filling. If you plan to put greens in pizza, chop it finely.
- Grate 80-100 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- For the sauce, mix 50 g of tomato paste or ketchup with 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. l soy sauce. If desired, you can add various seasonings or spices here.
Bake pizza
Divide the finished dough into four equal parts and cut it one at a time, as it bakes.
- Turn on the oven for heating with a temperature of 200 ° C. Roll out a thin layer with a size corresponding to the diameter of the mold. Lightly grease the mold with vegetable oil and fluff with a pinch of flour.
- Transfer the rolled dough sheet into the mold.
- Lubricate the entire surface of the formation with tomato-mayonnaise sauce.
- Arrange the filling in random order.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
The finished dough is excellent and stored for a long time in the refrigerator for a whole week. Therefore, it can be prepared in advance, and removed and cooked as necessary. From it you can bake not only pizza, but also sausages baked in the dough, as well as any open pie with any, even with a sweet filling.
