Step cooking
Cooking dough
- In a deep bowl for kneading dough on a coarse grater, rub 200 g of frozen butter, periodically sprinkling it with flour.
- Pour 200-250 g of flour into a bowl with butter, add 10 g of baking powder, 3 g of salt (pinch), 80-100 g of sugar.
- Stir thoroughly with your hands until crumbly.
Cooking stuffing
- In a bowl for a blender, lay 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. l sour cream, beat with a mixer with a whisk or a blender until smooth.
- Add the remaining sugar (100-120 g) to the bowl, mix again.
We make a pie
- Turn on the oven to heat up to 170-180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Pour most of the dough to the bottom of the mold, leaving a little crumbs for further powdering.
- Pour dough on top with curd filling, evenly distributing it over the surface.
- Sprinkle the filling on top with the remaining crumbs and sesame seeds (50 g).
- We send the form to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- When ready, remove the cake from the oven and cool. Cut, spread on plates with a spatula. Enjoy your meal!
