Step cooking
- In a large deep container, break two chicken eggs and rub them with 200 grams of granulated sugar.
- Add half a teaspoon of soda and beat well with a whisk.
- Melt in a microwave or on a stove 200 grams of margarine. Add the melted margarine and two tablespoons of sour cream to the total capacity. Again, thoroughly mix with a whisk.
- Sift through a sieve 500 grams of wheat flour and in parts we begin to introduce it into the total capacity.
- Knead a cool, elastic dough and divide it into two parts: one bigger, the other smaller. Wrap with cling film and place in a refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- After time, we take out a large piece of dough and roll it with a rolling pin on a previously floured surface. The layer should not be too thin, but it does not need to be thick either.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, sprinkle with a little flour and spread our rolled dough on it.
- On the dough we evenly spread 200 grams of our favorite jam.
- On top of jam on a coarse grater rub the second piece of dough into crumbs.
- We heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put our cookies in it for 20 minutes.
- After time, remove the pan from the oven and cut the cookies into pieces.
Decoration methods and serving options
- If you want to slightly diversify this dish, then try to add unusual preserves and jams as a filling.
- It is not necessary to bake a treat in one large layer. Show some imagination and make cookies with jam and crumbs in the form of flowers, hearts, butterflies and so on. This will help you special molds for the test.
