- When the dough becomes steep, continue to add flour and mix already with our hands. The dough should be a uniform soft lump.
- The resulting dough is divided into 2 parts (one part should be slightly larger than the second). Wrap both parts in a cling film or put in a bag separately, and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- We take out most of the dough from the refrigerator. On a table, previously lightly sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough using a rolling pin to the size of a baking sheet on which cookies will be baked. The area of the rolled dough should be slightly larger than the bottom of the pan to form the sides. Cover the bottom of the pan with foil or parchment paper, and place the rolled dough on top. Distribute the dough evenly over the entire baking sheet. At the edges, we form a small side so that the jam does not leak outside the pastry during baking.
- We spread the jam on the dough and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
- Take the rest of the dough from the refrigerator and use a grater to make dough chips on top of the jam. We try to distribute the grated dough evenly over the entire surface of the cookie. The bottom layer can not be rolled out, as well as grated. Then the cookies will turn out "curly" on both sides, and will be more airy.
- We send to the oven preheated to 180-190 ° C for 20 minutes. After the cooking time has passed, take the cookies out of the oven and let cool. Cut into portioned slices. We shift the sliced cookies into a wide dish. When serving, you can sprinkle cookies on top with powdered sugar.
