Kitchen appliances and utensils:

Step cooking
- 250 grams of flour are poured into a large bowl, adding 150 grams of butter.
- Thoroughly mix the ingredients with your hands. You can also use a blender or prepare the dough in a food processor. It should turn out baby.
- To the resulting mass add 70 grams of powdered sugar and pour 2 yolks.
- Keep kneading the dough until it becomes homogeneous. The finished test is allowed to stand in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- While the shortbread dough is cooled and infused, they are preparing the filling for the cookies. To do this, use 200 grams of strawberry, cherry, apricot or any other jam. Mix a little and pour into a pastry bag. If this is not in your kitchen, then a bag for freezing or any other clean and dense is suitable. Having poured jam, tie a bag onto a knot and make a small hole in the bottom with scissors, through which it will be easier to squeeze it onto cookies.
- They take out the dough from the refrigerator, and while it is still cool, roll small balls out of it.
- Finished balls are laid out on parchment baking paper located on a baking sheet. They keep a small distance between the balls so that the cookies do not stick when baking.
- Using a wooden spoon or any other clean item, make indentations in balls of dough. Squeeze on top, while fully pushing the dough is not worth it, so that the jam does not leak from the bottom. It is possible to make a small object several small dimples that will resemble a flower or other pattern.
- In the formed recesses in the dough, squeeze the jam from the pastry bag.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and set the dough for 12-15 minutes. Ready cookies are not immediately removed from the pan, but allowed to cool for a few more minutes. During cooking, most of the liquid from the jam should evaporate and a thin fruit layer forms.
