Powdered sugar | 220 g |

Step cooking
- Place the margarine or butter (250 g) at room temperature in a deep bowl.
- Add powdered sugar (120 g) and vegetable oil (80 ml). If instead of powdered sugar you take granulated sugar for the dough, the mixing time of the dough should be increased to 5-6 minutes, until the sugar in the mass is completely dispersed.
- Beat the composition with a mixer until smooth at low speeds, for approximately 1 minute.
- To the mass add vanilla sugar (10 g), potato starch (3 tbsp. L), sifted wheat flour (1 cup).
- Mix the mass with a mixer at low speed until smooth for 1-1.5 minutes.
- Add more wheat flour (1 cup) to the bowl, knead the dough with a spoon or a cooking spatula.
- Put the silicone cook mat on the table, pour the remaining flour (1.5 cups) on it, smooth the flour with your hand on the surface.
- Put the soft dough from the bowl in the center of the flour with a cooking spatula.
- Knead the dough with your hands until it has absorbed all the flour.
- From the obtained elastic dough, form a roller (like a brick), cut into two approximately identical parts.
- Roll each part into a roller about 5-6 cm in diameter.
- Cut the roller into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Use your hands to give the pieces of dough the desired shape, round, oval or square.
- Cover the pan with parchment paper. Spread cookies at a distance of 1.5-2 cm from one another. Bake in the oven, heated to a temperature of 180 ° C, for 20-25 minutes until a pale golden color.
- Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar (100 g).
