Step cooking
- Remove 230 g butter from the refrigerator to make it soft. In no case do not melt it.
- Add 80 g of powdered sugar to the butter.
- Beat everything with a mixer to a lush, homogeneous mass.
- Next, add 50 g of corn starch, 10 g of vanilla sugar and 210 g of sifted flour.
- Mix everything with a mixer again until smooth and uniform, but do not bother for a long time.
- Take a pastry bag with a nozzle and transfer the dough into it.
- Cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat or baking paper. Put the dough out of the pastry bag in the form of round cookies of the same diameter. Leave small distances between biscuits, as baking will increase it a bit in size.
- Place a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake cookies in the oven for 20 minutes. The smaller the diameter of the cookie, the faster it cooks.
- Ready cookies should not be very ruddy, its edges should become slightly golden.
- Cookies according to this recipe turn out to be brittle and crumbly. Have a nice tea party.
Additives and Decorations
- If desired, you can grease cookies with condensed milk, melted chocolate or jam, and bind in pairs, or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- At the kneading stage, you can add cinnamon, cardamom, ginger to the dough and, thus, make spiced cookies.
- Such cookies can be made chocolate by adding cocoa powder.
- Shredded dried nuts, seeds, sesame or coconut can be sprinkled on cookies before putting it in the oven, or added directly to the dough.
