Ingredients
- Meat - 1 kg
- Rice - 100 g
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Onion - 3 pcs.
- Tomato paste - 150 ml
- Pepper - 9 pcs.
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Step cooking
- Twist 1 kg of meat in advance. You can take 50 to 50 beef and pork. Twist 2 onions in a meat grinder.
- Cut 1 onion into strips and add 1 chopped carrot to it.
- Turn on the frying mode on the multicooker, and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Pour 3-4 tbsp into the bowl. l vegetable oil and sprinkle chopped onions with carrots. Close the lid and let them fry.
- While onions and carrots are fried, get minced meat and pepper. To do this, add salt, twisted onions, 100 g of raw rice and some spices to taste in the twisted meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Wash the peppers and clean their entrails. Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture.
- In fried onions and carrots, add 150 ml of tomato paste and mix everything.
- Transfer prepared peppers to a slow cooker.
- Pour warm water into a bowl to cover peppers and add 2 bay leaves.
- Close the slow cooker and turn on the quenching mode for 90 minutes.
- When serving, you can sprinkle the dish with herbs.
