Step cooking
Dough
- In a bowl, mix 0.5 tsp. salt, 1 egg and 0.5 stack. cold water.
- Gradually pour 2 stacks. sifted flour, mix and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, flour can be taken a little more.
- In the finished dough pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and knead again. The dough should absorb all the butter and become uniform and elastic.
Important! Vegetable oil must be added to the finished dough. - Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Filling
- For minced meat, turn meat (pork and beef in equal proportions) in a meat grinder or take ready-made minced meat - 400 g.
- Peel and pass the onion and garlic through a meat grinder, you can use a blender or a simple grater.
- Add 1.5 tsp. salt and approximately 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper.
- Stuff the minced meat thoroughly. If it is too tight, add 2-3 tbsp. l water and mix well again.
Making dumplings
- Roll the dough into a tourniquet. Thanks to vegetable oil, it is quite elastic, does not tear, does not stick to the cutting board and is well molded.
- Cut the dough harness into pieces no thicker than 3-5 mm, flatten it with your palm and roll it into thin circles with a diameter of 4-6 cm. You can also thinly roll the dough, cut it into a pile or other round shape to the desired size.
- On one half of the mug put 1 tsp. forcemeat, cover with the other half, pinch the edges, forming a small crescent, connect and blind its ends.
- So make dumplings from the whole dough.
Cooking
- Pour 2 liters of water into the multicooker capacity - up to the mark on the wall, add 1 tbsp. l salt, 2 bay leaves, 4-5 grains of black pepper. Close the cover.
- Select the program "Pasta", the default time is 8 minutes. Depending on the size of your dumplings, you can increase the cooking time to 12 minutes. During this time, they will have time to cook, but will not spill and will not burst.
- After the multicooker signals to boil water, carefully open the lid, put the dumplings in boiling water.
- Close the lid until it clicks, press the "Start" button.
- After 8 minutes an audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking time, dumplings can be taken out with a slotted spoon on a plate and served to the table.
