- Sprinkle flour on the work surface and spread the dough out of the bowl. Knead it with your hands, gradually adding a little flour. The whole process will take about 10-15 minutes. We need to get a soft, elastic dough. After kneading, cover it and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Cooking Stuffing
- We will make minced meat from pike fillet. You can buy it frozen in a store, or cut whole fish. The best option would be a fresh catch fish. We wash the fillet, cut it into very small cubes. To do this, it will be convenient for you to use a sharp knife and take care of your fingers.
- Then we take out 30 g of pickled ginger from a can, chop it very finely, and send it to pike meat.
- We clean 4-5 bulbs, rinse them. The amount of onion should be half the amount of minced meat.
- We send the chopped onion to the minced meat, add salt, pepper to taste, mix well. Since the recipe is taken from Chinese cuisine, put all the minced meat on the work surface, mix it with a knife, we can chop it slightly. Add 0.5 tbsp. l vegetable oil, mix well. We send the mass back into the bowl, knead with our hands.
Sculpt and fry dumplings
- We cut off the third part from the dough, roll it with a tourniquet, cut into small sticks up to 1-1.5 cm thick, roll out a thin layer with a rolling pin about 7 cm in diameter. - The forms of sculpting can be different. You can choose any of your choice. We form dumplings from the whole dough and minced meat.
- Pour a lot of vegetable oil into a deep pan. Its amount will depend on the diameter of your pan. Let the oil heat up, spread the dumplings. After they are laid out, the oil should cover the dumplings completely. Fry for 15 minutes until cooked.
