Cooking
- Dissolve the salt in a glass of chilled boiled water. Then mix the salt water with fresh chicken eggs and a whisk in a separate bowl, whisk everything.

- Pour the egg mixture into a carefully sifted and oxygenated flour through a funnel and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- First, knead in a saucepan with a wooden spatula or spoon, and then with your hands already on the table, gradually mixing the flour until you get a cool dough. Powder the result with flour, cover with a warm towel and leave in a dark place for about 25-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare fresh minced meat for chicken dumplings. Why finely chop the chicken fillet lengthwise and pass it and onions through a meat grinder. Add salt to the minced meat, as well as black pepper and squeezed garlic.
- Take the finished dough, “knead” it to give more elasticity and divide it into an even number of equal parts, which then roll out into thin layers. But make sure that the dough does not break!

Cooking
