Step cooking
- To get started, prepare the bearing. We need two carcasses weighing about 1 kilogram. It is better to buy fresh fish from a trusted seller. Small carcasses indicate that the bearing is still young, this meat will be very tender and sweet. Please note that it is fresh, has a pleasant smell. We remove the scales from the fish, cut off the heads. We cut the belly along and remove all the insides. Trim the tail and fins, rinse with water. If there are films inside the belly, remove them so that the fish is completely clean. If the self-cleaning procedure is not very suitable for you, you can ask the seller about it right away when you buy. Often, many provide such a service.
- We grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay out the carcasses of two fish, we also grease them with vegetable oil on top using a silicone brush.
- We wash 250 grams of small tomatoes, cut them in half. Peel a large or two medium onions, rinse, cut into thin rings.
- Sprinkle with salt the carcasses of pelengas from above, put the same amount of tomatoes and onion rings in the belly. You can also put onion rings on top, and in them tomatoes, thus decorating the fish.
- We wash a bunch of parsley, dry it. Inside the belly of each fish we put several branches of dill.
- Sprinkle a small amount of pepper and seasoning mixture on top. You can use any seasonings at your discretion. We wash the lemon, cut it into half half thin rings. We put two slices of lemon in the middle of the carcass of each fish, two more spread on top. Squeeze juice from the remaining lemon and water the fish on top.
- We send the fish to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for half an hour. After that, we take it out, let it cool slightly, put the whole carcasses with vegetables on a large flat plate and serve.
This dish is not only tasty and healthy, but also beautiful. It can be prepared for guests, for a romantic dinner. But if you take into account that your active actions will take no more than 10 minutes, then baked fish can become an evening, light snack for the whole family. You can serve fish with potatoes, rice or just with a vegetable salad. Use a container with a lid for storage. Pelengas will be delicious even when cold.
