Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Parsley - 4 branches
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Wash and drain 2 kg of bell pepper.
- Put the pepper gently on a baking sheet covered with cling film.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the pepper to bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Transfer the finished pepper to a pan, cover it with a lid and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Next, on each pepper, it is necessary to make an incision and drain the resulting juice from it into a bowl.
- Cut each pepper, remove the crust and seeds from it.
- Cut the peeled straws into strips and put in a separate deep bowl.
- Finely chop 4 sprigs of parsley in a separate bowl.
- Add 1 tsp to parsley. salt, 4 cloves of garlic passed through a press, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar and previously drained juice from pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add the resulting fill to the pepper and mix everything.
- Then it remains to place the pepper in pre-sterilized jars and tighten them with lids. Then these cans are placed in a pan with a covered gauze bottom and filled with water. We put the pan on the fire until it boils. After boiling the jars, it is necessary to boil another 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Then carefully take out the cans, roll them up, turn them over and wrap them up. Leave them as they are until they cool completely.
