Liver | 700 g |

Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients. To do this, boil the rice in 500 milliliters of water for 6 minutes, then, we discard the rice in a colander. We grind the liver through a meat grinder until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Twist the onion through a meat grinder. Mix the liver and onion together. Add the egg, rice and mix all the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the flour and mix.
- When the mince is ready, we heat the pan and add the oil (vegetable or olive, to taste). When the oil is heated, spread the pancakes with a spoon and fry on both sides until cooked.
- After the pancakes are fried on both sides, cover them with a lid and fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat. Done! Enjoy your meal!
Food Variations
The liverworts themselves turn out to be incredibly tasty, but without the sauce this recipe does not open as well as with it. The sauce adds a special taste to the liverworts. It is very easy to prepare this sauce, a short recipe can be found below:
- Take 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
Take 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. - Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add 2-4 garlic cloves to the mixture through a press.
- Salt and pepper the sauce.
- Finely chop the parsley, dill or spring onions.
- Add greens to the sauce and mix well.
- Chill the sauce in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Serve with hot liver in a bowl or saucepan.
The liverworts themselves can be laid out on one large dish, on which you can put the sauce. If you take a round dish - put the sauce in the middle. If you take a dish of a more rectangular shape - put the sauce on the side.
