Ingredients

Liver 700 g
Eggs 1 PC.
Bow 1 PC.
Rice 0.5 stack
Flour 1.5 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Pepper taste

Step cooking

  1. We prepare all the ingredients. To do this, boil the rice in 500 milliliters of water for 6 minutes, then, we discard the rice in a colander. We grind the liver through a meat grinder until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

  2. Twist the onion through a meat grinder. Mix the liver and onion together. Add the egg, rice and mix all the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the flour and mix.
