Step cooking
- Free the chocolate bar (100 grams) from the packaging and cut the chocolate with a knife into small cubes of arbitrary size and transfer them into a bowl.
- Melt the butter (85 grams) and let it cool.
- Pour the melted butter into a clean bowl, beat the chicken egg (1 piece), pour the vanilla extract (teaspoon) and mix well all the mixed ingredients.
- Add sugar (5 tablespoons) to the mixture and mix well again.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl: sifted flour (10-12 tablespoons), soda (1/4 teaspoon), salt (one pinch) and mix well.
- Pour the prepared liquid into well-mixed dry ingredients and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
- To the resulting homogeneous dough, add the sliced chocolate and evenly mix it.
- Cover a large plate or sheet that comes with some microwave models with baking paper.
- With your hands, form small flat cookies (circles with a diameter of 2.5-3.5 cm) and freely spread them on the prepared form.
- Place the plate or sheet in the microwave for baking for 3.5 minutes at a power of 900 W. Note that the more cookies on the plate, the more time it will take to bake.
- When you remove the cookie from the microwave, it will be soft, but as it cools, it will harden and become dry and crumbly.
Decoration methods and serving options
Cookies in the microwave with chocolate already look very appetizing and elegant due to pieces of chocolate, but you can show imagination and decorate it additionally. As decoration, chocolate glaze of white and brown colors is suitable. You can prepare the icing yourself or melt the finished chocolate bars, and then dip a part of the cookie with the bottoms into dark chocolate, and the second part into white.
Cookies in a microwave with pieces of chocolate, serve cooled, in a large plate. The most suitable drinks for this type of cookie are coffee, cocoa, milk or any type of tea.
