Step cooking
- Sift 120 g of flour and mix in a bowl with ½ tsp. baking powder for dough with a spoon.
- In a separate bowl, beat one egg with 100 g of sugar until white.
- Here we add ½ tsp. vanilla sugar and 50 ml of vegetable oil, 50 ml of milk. Stir with a mixer
- We add flour with a baking powder and with a mixer we quickly knead the dough, since the flour from different manufacturers is different, you may need to add some more flour or milk.
- It should turn out not thick and not liquid dough, pouring, similar in texture to sour cream.
- For “paws” we set aside about 1 tablespoon of dough and, sifting through a sieve, interfere with cocoa. If this dough turned out a little thick, then you can add a little more milk to it.
- For convenience, we place the dark dough in a pastry bag.
- We take a silicone baking dish in the form of cubs. According to the rules, the silicone mold is not lubricated, but we have many small parts. Therefore, it is necessary to lightly grease the molds with a brush, after dipping it in sunflower oil.
- Using a pastry bag we spread a little dark dough into the “paws” and, if desired, into the muzzles. If you do not have a pastry bag, you can use a bag of milk or sour cream, after cutting the corner.
- Gently spread light dough on top with 2 tablespoons. Light dough can also be laid out using a pastry bag. It is advisable to fill out the form by half.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bears are baked for about 15-25 minutes. But it still depends on how you filled the form. Readiness is checked with a toothpick. If you stuck a toothpick in a cupcake and took it dry and clean, then the baking is ready.
- Turn over and carefully remove the form.
Cooking options
Barney cake can be prepared with chocolate or milk filling, as well as with fruit.
Let's make chocolate cream filling for cakes. We will need 60 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 50 ml of milk, 1 tbsp. l milk powder and 40 ml of vegetable refined oil.
- We take a glass for the blender, pour out 60 g of sugar, add 50 ml of milk and put in the microwave for 30 seconds. The mixture should be hot, but not too much.
- Now add here 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of milk powder. It is better to sift these ingredients so that there are no lumps.
- We take an immersion blender and mix it all until sugar is dissolved. Sugar should not be felt (crunch).
- Once the sugar has melted, we pour refined vegetable oil here and beat. The cream on the eyes begins to thicken.
- Chocolate filling is ready. It is delicious, shiny, reminiscent of chocolate paste. We transfer it to the outlet.
- We take a regular syringe (20 ml) and put the filling in it.On the back of the cake we stick a syringe (without a needle) into the back area and squeeze out a little filling (about 5 ml each). Then we stick the syringe into the area of the bear’s head and repeat the process.
