Step cooking
- Rub the zest of one orange on a fine grater.
- Break three chicken eggs into a deep container, add a pinch of salt and 170 grams of granulated sugar to them. Whisk thoroughly until smooth with a mixer or whisk.

- We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the future cookies on it.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and send a baking sheet with cookies for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, we transfer the finished treat to the dish and serve with tea.
Decoration methods and serving options
- It was a classic recipe for cookies in vegetable oil, but you can always diversify and add some kind of your own, special note. For example, melt a bar of black, milk, or white chocolate and pour cookies over them.
- In the same way, you can easily coat cookies with icing.
- You can also sprinkle coconut flakes or finely grated nuts on top of chocolate or glaze to make these cookies even tastier.
- Sift the icing sugar through a sieve and sprinkle your pastries with it.
- Before baking, add walnut kernels to cookies, this will give the baking an interesting flavor.
- Serve cookies in vegetable oil slightly cooled.
- Hot black tea, weak coffee, hot chocolate and cocoa are ideal as a drink for this baking.
