Step cooking
- First, we take out 250 g of butter from the refrigerator, bring it to room temperature, it should be very soft. Put the soft butter in a deep bowl.
- We take a mixer, beat the butter, add 10 g of vanilla sugar to it.
- With continuous stirring, add 70 g of odorless refined sunflower oil to the butter. Continue to beat with a mixer. Pour 100 g of powdered sugar into the oil mixture, beat thoroughly with a mixer. We take 150 g of wheat flour, sift through a sieve, pour into a sweet butter mass, continue to whisk with a mixer. The dough begins to exfoliate, it looks like torn pieces.
- To the whole mass add another 150 g of sifted wheat flour, take a tablespoon and mix it well. The remaining wheat flour, sifted through a sieve, pour on a large chopping board, or on a table. From a deep bowl we transfer the mass to dry flour, begin to intensively knead with our hands. Knead the dough until it gets the right consistency. It should be soft, elastic, not stick to the hands. It is advisable to add flour in stages so that the dough does not absorb too much flour. If desired, the dough can be wrapped in cling film and sent to the freezer for 15 minutes, after the freezer it is much easier to work with the dough - it will not crumble.
- Finished soft dough, divide with a knife into three parts. We make sausages from all parts.
- We cut each sausage into identical small pieces.
- We take out a baking dish or a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, put the sliced pieces from the dough so that the cut is at the bottom, and they do not touch each other.
- Turn on the oven, heat it up to 180 degrees. Put the cookies in the hot oven, bake for about 10 - 15 minutes. The dough will turn white and begin to acquire a golden color. The cookie is ready. It cannot be kept in the oven, otherwise it will be dry and tight.
- We immediately transfer the hot cookies to the cooked dish, sprinkle abundantly with 50 g of powdered sugar.
