Step cooking
- Sift 125 g of flour into a bowl, use a sieve so that there are no lumps.
- In a bowl with flour, grate 125 g of butter on a coarse grater.
- Hand grind butter and flour into crumbs until smooth.
- Beat 1 egg in a clean, dry dish, add 100 g of sugar, 100 g of sour cream (20%) and ¼ tsp to the egg. salt.
- Thoroughly mix the contents with a whisk until smooth.
- To the resulting mass of eggs, sugar and sour cream, add ½ tsp. soda paid ½ tsp vinegar.
- In the oil crumbs prepared in the first steps, make a small indentation in the center with a spoon, pour in the resulting mixture, mix the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.
- Add another 125 g of sifted flour to the resulting dough. Mix well and knead, making the dough uniform. It should be soft and not stick to your hands.
- Divide the resulting dough into 4 equal parts and roll the same round cakes out of them.
- Using a rolling pin, roll each cake into an oval of 30 cm by 15 cm, a thickness of about 3 mm. To prevent the cake from sticking when rolling, sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the work surface.
- Sprinkle the surface of the resulting cakes with starch (¼ tsp.).
- Spread jam or jam 2 tbsp. To your taste of rolled dough. l per cake (approximately 30 g).
- Peel 60 g of walnuts and chop them lightly on a blender or using a rolling pin.
- Distribute the resulting nuts into 4 equal parts (approximately 1.5 tbsp) and sprinkle evenly each cake on top of the jam.
- Roll the resulting cakes in three turns and firmly fix the edges of the dough on all sides, gluing them together.
- Fold the rolled rolls upside down on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place the pan for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
- When the cookie is browned, remove it from the oven, let it cool, cut into portioned pieces.
