Step cooking
Cooking dough
- We measure 110 g of butter, after which we divide the piece in half. We put one of the halves of the oil in a small frying pan, after which we melt it to a liquid state and boil it over low heat for several seconds so that excess moisture evaporates. In a small bowl, spread the second part of the cream product, and then fill it with melted hot oil.
- Using a silicone spatula, gently melt the whole piece in a hot liquid. The resulting homogeneous liquid oil mixture is left in a warm place, allowing the mass to cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, separately sifted through a fine sieve 250 g of wheat flour. There we add 5 g of baking powder, one pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly. For now, set the flour mixture aside.
- The cooled oil mass is mixed with 130 g of brown sugar, 50 g of ordinary granulated granulated sugar and 1 g of vanillin.
- Beat the prepared ingredients with a mixer for a couple of minutes. There we add one chicken egg, after which we beat the mass until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
- In the resulting liquid billet, add half of the total mass of the flour mixture. Stir the ingredients well, then add the rest of the flour and knead a homogeneous soft dough.
- On top of the dough, pour 200 g of M & M’s and gently intervene and evenly distribute the sweets throughout the dough.
We make cookies
- Turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature of 180-190 ° C. We carefully cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate the hands with a small amount of vegetable oil to make it easier to work with the dough. We tear off a small piece from the dough and form a neat cake from it.
- We spread the workpiece on baking paper, observing a distance of 3-4 cm between the cookies.
- We spread 2-3 pieces of multi-colored M & M’s on each formed cake, so that the treat looks more appetizing and attractive.
The final stage
- We send the cookies to the preheated oven and bake it for 7-10 minutes.
- As soon as the treat is covered with a golden crust and well baked on the sides, we take it out of the oven.
- We shift the finished treat to the grate and let it cool to room temperature.
Additional decoration

- Sprinkle more hot cookies with powdered sugar, previously passing it through a fine sieve;
- to form an attractive cap of whipped cream on each treat;
- dip ready-made pastries in melted honey, and then let it freeze by laying the treat on a wire rack.
