Step cooking
- Pour 150 g (7.5 tbsp. L. Without top) sugar into a bowl and drive 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly until foam.
- Pour 3.5 stacks onto the kitchen table. or 29 tbsp. l flour, mix it with baking powder.
- We put a packet of margarine (butter) on flour, sprinkle it with flour and cut into small pieces, periodically sprinkling with flour.
- Pieces of margarine (butter), together with flour, grind into crumbs with your hands.
- Add crumbs to a bowl with beaten eggs. If it’s more convenient for you, do the opposite: you can make a hole in the flour crumbs and pour the prepared eggs into them, then gather the flour crumbs from the edges to the center and knead the dough gradually.
- Sometimes, depending on the type of flour, it may need a little more or a little less. Only your hands can feel it when you knead the dough. It should be smooth, ductile and pleasant to the touch. Place the dough in a bag and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Marmalade cut into strips about the length of the future bagel and put in a bowl.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator, cut into 3-4 parts.
- Roll out each piece with a rolling pin, making a circle the size of a large plate.
- Cut the circle, like a cake, into 8 parts if the bagels are larger. If you want to make them very small, then into 16 parts.
- On each triangle, put a piece of marmalade and twist into a bagel, starting on the larger side.
- Lubricate the pan with oil. Put bagels on it. Bake at a temperature of 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Marmalade can be replaced with jam, jam, chocolate or any sweet filling that you like, but so that the filling does not spread, take dense foods. Marmalade is better to buy multi-colored so that it is not only tasty, but also fun. Bagels can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or lightly sprinkled with sugar. If you like this taste, you can use cinnamon.
