Step cooking
- To prepare the dough, first cut 120 grams of butter into small pieces to make it easier to mix. Add 120 grams of sugar to the oil, thoroughly mixing the ingredients with a tablespoon or fork until the ingredients mix evenly.
- Using a mixer, beat butter with sugar until the latter is dissolved. Add 1 egg to the resulting mixture and continue to beat with a mixer.
- Pre-sieved in a deep bowl 200-220 grams of flour. Add to it 1/3 tsp. salt, a bag of vanilla sugar and 1/4 tsp. soda. All products are thoroughly mixed.
- Dry ingredients are added to the oil mixture, thoroughly mixing with a mixer until smooth.
- On a wooden board, a small bar of dark chocolate is cut into small pieces. It can also be replaced with 100 grams of chocolate droplets, which are sold in a candy store or in some supermarkets.
- Sliced pieces of chocolate are added to the resulting dough and stirred using a tablespoon. Try to do this carefully so as not to crumble pieces of chocolate.
- The dough is divided into 2 identical parts and small sausages are formed on the food film, the diameter of which is 5-6 cm. The dough is wrapped in food film several times and placed in the freezer for 20-25 minutes.
- Turn on the oven 180 degrees, and while it is warming up, take out sausages from the freezer and cut them into small cookies half a centimeter thick. This must be done carefully so that the pieces of the cookie do not break.
- Around the perimeter of the baking sheet cover the baking paper, laying on it sliced cookies with pieces of chocolate. In the middle it’s worth a little crush cookies.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The finished dessert is poured into a beautiful dish and served to guests for tea. You can sprinkle cookies on top with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
