Cooking Snowballs
- Put butter at room temperature in a whipping bowl.
- Then add sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Shuffle.
- Beat with a mixer for three to four minutes.
- Take the eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins. Now, continuing to beat, take turns adding the yolks.
- Beat for about two to three minutes.
- Add flour to the resulting mass and knead the dough thoroughly with a kitchen spatula.
- For uniformity, gently knead it with your hands. If the dough is too sticky, then put it in the refrigerator for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Nip off small pieces from the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- When you roll all the balls, put the pan in the oven for thirty-five to forty minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees. At this temperature, the cookies will not crumble and will not become dry, but will acquire the necessary softness and tenderness. During baking, the balls will increase in size and lightly brown.
- After the specified baking time has elapsed, let the cookies cool.
Glaze preparation
- To prepare this type of glaze, add two tablespoons of water to powdered sugar.
- Stir until smooth. If the glaze is too liquid, add more powder, if it becomes too thick - water. The icing is ready.
Final stage
- Dip the cooled cookies in the icing, then roll in coconut.
- Put cookies on the board. To cool, the finished liver takes ten minutes. Enjoy your meal!
