Ingredients
Granulated sugar | 3 tbsp. l |
Egg yolk | 1 PC. |
Sour cream 15% | 3 tbsp. l |
Sunflower oil | 3 tbsp. l |
Flour | 1.5 stack |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Vanilla sugar | 10 g |
Step cooking
- In a deep container we place 1 egg yolk, add 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar, 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil and 3 tbsp. l sour cream 15%, then carefully whisk all these ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous liquid mass is obtained.
- We take a sieve and sift through it into a batter 1.5 cups flour and 1 tsp. baking powder in order to saturate the bulk ingredients with oxygen and our cookies are better raised, and then stir with a spoon until a lumpy dough forms in the container.
- From the obtained lumps with our hands we form a ball, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to make the mass denser, and then it will be easier to roll out.
- After 20 minutes, we take out the dough from the refrigerator, put it on the work surface and, covering it with cling film or parchment paper, carefully roll it out using a rolling pin into a layer 7-8 mm thick.
- We take molds for cutting and cut out cookies from the rolled dough layer. We put the pan on a small fire and heat it.
- We spread slices of dough cut out by tins on the surface of the oil-free frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on low heat until one side is a beautiful golden color, then turn over the browned cookies with a spatula and fry them on the other side until the same beautiful color is obtained.
- Remove the cookies from the pan, place it on the dinner plate and let cool. We spread our cooled cookies on a saucer and serve.
If desired, before serving, this cookie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top or dipped in one side of melted chocolate. Also, to add flavor to the dough, you can add a little lemon zest.
