Butter 72% | 200 g |
Condensed milk | 380 g (can) |
Baking powder for the dough | 1.5 tsp |
Powdered Sugar (optional) | taste |
Step cooking
- Sift through a sieve 450 g of flour and 1.5 tsp. baking powder in one of the containers for mixing the ingredients.
- The butter is transferred to the second container and melted in any way (on the stove or in the microwave).
- Pour 380 g of condensed milk into the butter, stir with a blender with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
- While stirring with a blender, add, without rushing, the flour into the condensed milk with butter. After the thickening begins, continue to knead the dough with your hands, gradually adding the rest of the flour to it. If you like very sweet, at this stage you can add powdered sugar to taste. The dough should be soft and uniform.
- Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. We tear small pieces from the dough, roll the balls out of them with our hands and put them on a baking sheet, keeping some distance between them. Crumbs the dough balls lightly from above with a fork to give them a flat shape and the same thickness (about 1 cm).
- We send the pan to the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. before the appearance of a slight blush. We take the cookies out of the oven and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
- Using a spatula, transfer the finished cookies to a serving dish.
It’s good to serve cookies with tea and coffee, and it’s very tasty to drink milk with it.
Enjoy your meal!
