Step cooking
- Before cooking, put 300 g of margarine in the freezer. Instead of margarine, you can use butter or spread. We take the margarine from the freezer, rub on a fine grater into a large bowl. If you wish, you can simply cut the butter into small pieces, do not use the grater.
- Add to it 300 g of sour cream from the refrigerator. We mix the ingredients with a mixer to get a homogeneous mass.
- Sift 5-6 cups flour into a separate bowl. Then we add it portionwise to the sour cream mixture and beat the dough with a mixer. When the mixer ceases to cope with the dough, put it on the work surface and knead with your hands, continuing to add a little flour. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
- We divide the finished dough with a knife into four equal parts. Before starting the formation of cookies, turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees.
- We take one part of the dough and roll it out with a thin layer, about 3-4 mm. We cut the resulting layer with a knife into 8 equal parts, we get triangles. How to do this, you can look at the photo. In general, you can come up with any other form for the formation of cookies.
- Now we take any fruit jam or jam. Apricot, strawberry, plum are perfect, you can just take boiled condensed milk. Today we will use apple jam. Using a teaspoon on the base of the triangle (the part that is wider at the triangle), spread 1-2 teaspoons of jam, forming a transverse strip from it.
- Now we wrap the triangle from the base to the narrowed edge with a tube. We carry out such manipulations with the whole test. We spread the obtained rolls, or they are also called fingers, on a baking sheet, we send it to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Then we take it out of the oven, put it on a common dish, sprinkle icing sugar on top and can serve for tea.
