- silicone mat (you can do without it);
- round shape for cookies (you can use curly or cut rolled dough with a knife);

Mustard oil (you can take any vegetable) | 1 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- Mix the finished sifted flour with sugar, salt and soda.
- Next, beat the egg, add milk, vegetable oil.
- Mix well.
- After that, wrap the finished dough in cling film and leave for half an hour.
- The next step will be the formation of the cookies themselves. If you have a silicone mat, you can use it; if not, it doesn’t matter either, the surface of the kitchen table or a large plank is suitable. Sprinkle flour on the rug, table surface or plank, lay out the dough, press down with a rolling pin and roll to a thickness of about 4 mm.
- Use the cookie cutter to cut out the circles. If there is no round shape, you can use curly or simply cut the rolled dough with a knife.
- Cover the pan with baking parchment. Lay out cookie blanks. Prick them with a toothpick (or fork).
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a baking sheet in it and bake for 20 minutes.
- When the cookie is ready, take it out of the oven, and if some of the cookies stick to the parchment, pry them with a scraper and put on a plate. Cool. Serve with milk, tea, coffee or cocoa. Enjoy your meal!
Useful Tips
- To make the taste of cookies a little more interesting, you can add a little vanilla sugar or cinnamon to the dough.
- You can also sprinkle cookies on a baking sheet with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- If you do not want to add excess sugar, you can sprinkle top with sesame seeds or flax.
- Serve with jam, syrup, condensed milk and even sour cream.
