Step cooking
It is not necessary to bake this cake, but to get butter in advance from the refrigerator to soften it, it is nevertheless necessary.
Cooking raw dough mass
- In a deep small bowl, rub a pound of absolutely any cookie on a coarse grater.
- Put a handful of cookies crushed into small crumbs in a separate cup for sprinkling cake. Fry and finely grind (but not until butter is formed!) 100 g of walnuts or sunflower seeds.
- Mix grated cookies with crushed nuts until smooth. If you wish, you can also send a pinch of finely ground salt here - it will enhance the sweet taste of the dessert.
- Pour 3-4 tbsp into the nut-sand mass. l mix cocoa powder and mix again.
- Add 50-60 g of softened butter to the resulting mixture of dry products, previously mashing it with a spoon in a separate bowl.
- Into the resulting mass, add 300 ml of condensed milk portionwise, mixing thoroughly after adding each portion of the viscous product.
We make cakes
- Knead the resulting mass manually until smooth. Roll small balls out of chocolate mass - “snowballs”.
- Dip each “snowball” in grated cookies. Gently place the cakes on a serving saucer.
- Soak in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. and serve at the tea table.
Serving and decoration
Cakes are formed in different ways - in the form of balls or in an elongated form of eclair. Roll in crumbs from cookies, in sugar mixed with cocoa, or vanilla sugar, coconut flakes or in small multi-colored sugar balls.
For decoration, leave several whole, not crushed nuts and place them in the center of the cake. You can use candied fruits, dried fruits, marmalade, chocolate antennae. All the options that your fantasy tells you can be implemented to decorate a dessert.
